When this Kickstarter began, we were absolutely stunned when the campaign funded in less than 20 minutes. Thanks to you, every stretch goal was unlocked and this book has become something truly special.
You'll receive an email today from BackerKit with a link to download your digital rewards. If you do not receive the email by tonight, make sure to check your junk/spam folders and then send us a message if you still don't see it.
Included in today's release is the digital Guidebook, a set of Wild Imaginary West RPG battle maps, and character sheets for every Trade. Anyone who ordered the Legendary Edition, Warden Edition, or Miniature STL add-on, will also be able to download miniature STLs for every Trade and monster.

The official starter campaign and the East Portal Setting Guide are in their final stages and will be released later next month. Manufacturing is beginning on the physical products and we will keep everyone updated on that timeline.

Countdown to Digital Release! Orders Locking!

All backers have two days left to add or change anything in their orders! Check your email for a link from BackerKit to change anything if needed (that email may arrive anytime today). We need to lock orders for now since we are beginning digital fulfillment and manufacturing. You can message us later if you need to change anything in your order before we begin shipping. Shipping addresses won't be locked yet and we'll send out a reminder to update those before we begin shipping.
FYI, manufacturing is beginning (YEE HAW!) but we still have to wait to post the final shipping, taxes, customs/duties because they may change a lot in the next few months. Cards will be charged later in the year and we'll be sure to let you know beforehand.
Digital Release on Friday!
The wait is nearly over. The Wild Imaginary West RPG Official Guidebook will be available for download this Friday (6/27)! In addition, you'll receive a set of Wild Imaginary West RPG battle maps and character sheets for every Trade. Anyone who ordered the Legendary Edition, Warden Edition, or Miniature STL add-on, will also be able to download miniature STLs for every Trade and monster!
A notification will be sent out on Friday for you to download your files from BackerKit.

COMPLETE YOUR SURVEY
The BackerKit survey is required to be completed for you to receive digital and physical rewards. You can also still edit your survey response if you'd like. You can upgrade your pledge level, purchase add-ons, or change your shipping address as needed.

We have to get backer names into the book immediately for design to be complete, so anyone who does not submit their name in the survey by this Monday (5/26) will not be included in the book. Note: this is optional and not required, but we'd love to thank you in this way!
CURRENT PROGRESS
We announced in our March update that we needed to extend the timeline in order to accomplish all of the stretch goals. Rune Foundry and Boylei Hobby Time have been working very hard (many early mornings and long nights) to make sure we're providing the quality this project deserves.
All miniature sculpting, music, maps, playtesting, and some early manufacturing sample tests have been completed. The last bits of the artwork, writing/editing, and designs of the book, booklets, box, and posters are all near completion. We're taking a bit of extra time to ensure quality and we can hardly wait to send out the digital files soon!
TARIFFS
As a reminder, shipping and any customs/duties/VAT/tariffs will be charged later. We will send a notification confirming those costs with you once they have been finalized. As you likely are aware, things have been changing a lot recently! That makes it near impossible for us to determine the backer cost yet which is why we are waiting until we are closer to shipping.
What more can we say than what's already been said by countless others? This is a frustrating and difficult time to be a small business. We have been doing lots of research, phone calls, and emails to try and see what solutions are available. Hopefully, by the time we're closer to shipping, things will have relaxed and any additional costs will be less. Until then, thank you for your patience, your trust, and your support.

Howdy cowpokes! We have a hefty and exciting update for you all today, so saddle up for details about our pledge manager/survey, timeline update, and official wallpapers for download (including a new piece of artwork)!
BackerKit Survey + Pledge Manager
BackerKit is how you'll be able to enter shipping information, manage your pledge, pay for shipping, and upgrade to Legendary or Warden Edition if desired. The survey will be sent to your email address within the next couple weeks. It rolls out to a random 5% of backers first, then to the rest soon after.
This survey is used to manage your pledge, add your shipping information, and payment method for shipping. We appreciate you filling this out early to help us plan accordingly!

Timeline Update
It's been a very busy time for Boylei Hobby Time and Rune Foundry, but time well spent! Here's some of what we're working on now:
- Proofreading and revising the core Guidebook, East Portal Setting Guide (unlocked from stretch goal), and Campaign.
- Creating the layout designs, digital files, and manufacturer files for each of the book/booklets.
- Ordering samples from the manufacturer to ensure product quality.
- Illustrating all the gorgeous artwork (from Hardy Fowler) including the additional pieces added from our unlocked stretch goals.
- Creating the country map and battle maps (unlocked from stretch goal).
- Composing the official music and ambience soundtrack (unlocked from stretch goal).
- Writing the terrain tutorials (unlocked from stretch goal).
- Playtesting and designing the new one-shot expedition (unlocked from stretch goal).
- Vetting different shipping partners and strategies to try and create the lowest shipping costs possible for our backers.
- Registering for VAT/GST in the EU, UK, Canada, and Australia to ensure customs-friendly shipping.
- Reviewing the BackerKit survey and pledge manager for address and shipping collection. This has been delayed due to delays during the VAT/GST registration process. Thank you for your patience while we try to ensure compliance with all countries.
Time is flying by! As we've stated before, we expected there may be some delays due to stretch goals. We also didn't anticipate some of the other delays in working with different partners, but alas we can't control everything despite our high Charm skills.
Below are our new expectations for the timeline. We hope you'll appreciate the time we're taking to make sure everything gets the proper care and quality it deserves! That being said, we're also trying to work very quickly to make sure everyone gets to enjoy this game with us as soon as possible.

We'd like to fulfill one of our unlocked stretch goals that was made possible thanks to you (and our incredible illustrator Hardy Fowler), and give you some of the artwork to hold in your own hands.
